About the role

Wong & Bernstein Management Group Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Consultant to join our team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering strategic advisory services to our diverse range of clients across various industries. This is a contract role, offering you the flexibility to contribute your expertise while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze complex business challenges and develop innovative, data-driven solutions
  • Conducting in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and financial modelling to support strategic decision-making
  • Delivering high-impact presentations and reports to senior stakeholders, clearly communicating insights and recommendations
  • Actively participating in client meetings and workshops to gather requirements and build strong relationships
  • Providing expert guidance to clients on organizational transformation, change management, and process improvement initiatives
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance the firm's service offerings

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a management consulting or strategy advisory role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage with senior-level clients
  • Experience in leading and facilitating client workshops and driving organizational change initiatives
  • Proficient in data analysis, financial modelling, and the use of relevant software tools

  • Adaptable and resourceful, with a passion for delivering exceptional client service
