About the Role:
As Planner, you'll play a pivotal role in growing business across the JAPAC region, with a focus on client acquisition and sales excellence in the Philippines. Working closely with Sales, Trading, and Account Management teams, you'll create tailored proposals, deliver on campaign set-up, and ensure high-quality execution — all while keeping clients happy and internal stakeholders aligned. You'll also act as the connective tissue across departments, helping to streamline processes, improve reporting accuracy, and identify new ways to win business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves the fast pace of digital media, is keen to learn, and enjoys collaborating with diverse, regional teams.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Sales Planning & Proposal Crafting:
Create accurate and compelling proposals in response to briefs, ensuring timely delivery and high attention to detail. - Campaign Execution & Support:
Oversee post-approval campaign bookings and set-up, ensuring a smooth launch and accurate reporting across standard and advanced outputs. - Process & Quality Management:
Maintain workflows that minimise errors, proactively address data discrepancies, and improve the overall quality of client servicing. - Internal Collaboration:
Work closely with Sales and Trading teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs; build strong cross-functional relationships regionally. - Commercial Curiosity:
Stay on top of industry trends and product updates, and collaborate with sales leads on strategies to grow existing accounts and win new ones.
Requirements:
Japanese-speaking (fluent/native bilingual or N1/N2 certified)
Media operations experience or sales support in a digital media and/or programmatic advertising environment a huge plus.
- Strong communication skills and a structured, deadline-oriented approach to managing multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working independently, eager to find better ways of doing things, and open to trying new approaches.
- Experience working across local and regional teams is a plus — especially within a global or APAC hub structure.
- A team player with a can-do attitude and alignment to the company's core values: Passion, Determination, Agility, Unity, and Courage.
