This is not a white-label or SaaS reseller support role—this is a hands‑on, internal position working across multiple client setups to make HighLevel work better for real businesses. What You’ll Do Design, build, and optimize automated workflows within Go High Level (GHL) based on client objectives. Create and manage sales funnels, forms, surveys, calendars, and pipeline stages. Implement and test automation sequences (e.g., email, SMS, voicemail drops, triggers, conditional logic). Set up and maintain CRM pipelines, tags, and contact segmentation. Support execution of email/SMS marketing campaigns. Track and optimize campaign performance using GHL analytics. Conduct quality assurance before launching any automation. Troubleshoot and fix broken workflows, integrations, or form issues. Regularly review and test live systems to ensure optimal performance. Monitor funnel and workflow results, suggesting improvements as needed. Provide performance reports and documentation of automation setups. Assist in building dashboards for client visibility and internal use. Work closely with Project Managers and clients to align automation with business goals. Participate in regular check‑ins or scrum meetings to discuss tasks, blockers, or client updates. Support onboarding of clients into the GHL platform and offer technical guidance when needed. Maintain internal records of workflows, funnel links, embed codes, and assets. Document processes and SOPs for recurring builds and client onboarding. Keep a clean and organized folder structure for all automation files and builds. Requirements HighLevel Certification with hands‑on client experience (not just theory). Strong working knowledge of HighLevel’s calendar, automation, and AI tools. Demonstrated experience with CRM migrations and solving real‑world edge cases. Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Clear communicator, able to document and explain solutions. Bonus If You Have Experience training others on HighLevel. Familiarity with outbound sales workflows. Knowledge of website migration (Wix/Squarespace to HL). #J-18808-Ljbffr
