GoHighLevel Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient GoHighLevel Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the architect behind our clients' marketing and sales success, designing, building, and implementing sophisticated automation workflows within the GoHighLevel platform.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with clients and our strategy team to translate business objectives into technical requirements and scalable automation solutions within GoHighLevel.
- Build, test, and optimize complex marketing and sales funnels, including lead capture, email/SMS sequences, appointment scheduling, and nurture campaigns.
- Utilize your web development skills to create and customize client-facing funnels, websites, and membership portals using GoHighLevel's built-in builder and custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) where necessary.
- API Integration: Connect GoHighLevel with a wide array of third-party applications (e.g., Payment Processors, CRMs, Analytics Tools) using APIs, webhooks, and to create a unified tech stack.
- Rigorously test all automations, funnels, and integrations to ensure flawless functionality, data integrity, and an optimal user experience.
- Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and refine existing systems to improve performance, deliverability, and conversion rates.
- Provide clear documentation and training to clients or team members on how to use and manage the new systems.
- Proven professional experience as a GoHighLevel Specialist, with a portfolio of built-out funnels, dashboards, and automation workflows.
- A solid background in web development (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Experience with other marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Keap).
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles for creating intuitive and high-converting user journeys.
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (SEO, CRO, lead generation).
- Experience in an agency setting, managing multiple client accounts.
