Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Integration & Automation Specialist to take full ownership of building and maintaining system connections across our business. This role is an execution-first position — you will be responsible for making integrations work, keeping them reliable, and ensuring that automation supports both internal operations and client needs.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Delivery

  • Build and maintain integrations between our CRM and third-party software using Zapier, Make, APIs, and other tools.
  • Configure and monitor webhooks to ensure seamless push/pull of data across systems.
  • Ensure all integrations remain stable, accurate, and functional over time.

Automation Execution

  • Translate business and client needs into automated workflows with minimal supervision.
  • Design, test, and launch automations that remove manual work and improve efficiency.
  • Proactively fix issues and optimize existing automations.

Execution Support

  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration errors quickly.
  • Provide clear recommendations on the best way to achieve integration or automation goals.
  • Document workflows, integrations, and fixes for internal visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience building automations with Zapier (or similar platforms such as Make, Workato).
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, JSON/XML.
  • Hands-on experience connecting SaaS platforms, CRMs, and third-party apps.
  • Ability to execute quickly and independently, with minimal direction.
  • Detail-oriented and reliable, with a problem-solving mindset.

Nice-to-Have

  • Basic programming/scripting (PHP, JavaScript, or other) to extend automation tools.
  • Familiarity with SaaS/CRM products and data flows.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
