We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RPO Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our client. This role requires strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various levels—from rank-and-file positions to leadership and executive roles . You will act as a strategic partner, providing recruitment support and guidance to ensure the client’s talent acquisition needs are met with efficiency and quality.


Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Work closely with the client’s hiring managers to understand job requirements and organizational needs.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent for various levels of positions.
Maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing and future recruitment needs.
Coordinate and facilitate interviews, feedback sessions, and job offers.
Ensure compliance with company and client hiring standards, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
Provide regular recruitment status reports and analytics.
Support employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement strategies.


Qualifications:
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles, including rank-and-file , middle management , and executive search .
At least 2 years of experience in RPO, in-house, or agency recruitment.
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire).
RPm, CPHR, CHRP eligibility is a plus but not required .
