Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Presenting career opportunities at Afni and ensuring recruitment ramps are fulfilled.
  • Sourcing candidates through various hiring channels and creating plans or strategies to meet hiring goals.
  • Conceptualizing events and activities to attract job seekers and professionals.
  • Resume mining on job boards to headhunt and encourage applications.
  • Contacting candidates via calls, texts, and emails to encourage application completion
  • Screening applications and determining eligibility for first interviews.
  • Updating Applicant Tracker and other recruitment process trackers.
About You

The company is looking for:

  • Bachelor\'s/College Degree in any field.
  • Willingness to work graveyard shift.
  • Willingness to work at Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City.
  • At least 6 months of experience in volume hiring recruitment in a BPO setting.
  • Demonstrable track record in achieving targets.
  • Service and customer-focused mindset (external and internal customers).
  • Ability to multitask and manage real-time performance and multiple demands.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Strong potential for exercising fair and good judgment.
  • Computer literate with skills in MS Office.
  • Strong command of English, both oral and written.
  • Highly organized and able to handle multiple requirements.
  • Team player.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change.
