Overview

Position Purpose: Responsible to present the career opportunities of Afni, ensuring the fulfillment of recruitment ramps, sourcing candidates through various hiring channels, and creating plans or strategies to meet hiring goals. Ability to conceptualize events and activities to spark interest from job seekers and professionals. A problem-solver, persistent, and goal-oriented individual who can provide valuable experience and knowledge about Afni.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for resume mining in job boards to headhunt and encourage candidates to apply at Afni.
  • Call/text/email candidates who have shown interest in a position with Afni to encourage application completion.
  • Screen complete applications and determine eligibility for a first interview.
  • Update Applicant Tracker and other trackers essential in the recruitment process.
Requirements Minimum Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • Willing to work on the graveyard shift.
  • Must be willing to work at Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City.
  • At least 6 months experience in volume hiring recruitment in a BPO setting.
  • Demonstrable track record in achieving targets.
  • Service and customer-focused (external and internal customers).
  • Multi-tasking and effective management of real-time performance and multiple demands.
  • Analytical and detail oriented.
  • Problem solver.
  • Strong judgment and decision-making.
  • Computer literate; skilled in using MS Office.
  • Strong command of English, both oral and written.
  • Highly organized and able to handle multiple requirements.
  • Team player.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change.
