The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture, handling sensitive employee matters, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Responsibilities Lead and implement employee engagement initiatives to drive retention and morale. Manage employee and labor relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. Serve as a liaison between employees, management, and external stakeholders. Ensure HR policies and practices are aligned with local labor laws and company standards. Support HR programs related to performance management, compliance, and communication. Minimum of 3 years’ HR supervisory experience in a BPO setting . Strong background in employee engagement , employee relations , and labor relations . Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to maintain professionalism and gain the trust and respect of staff, peers, and leadership. Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
