We are seeking an experienced HR Supervisor with at least 3 years of supervisory experience in a BPO environment , focusing on employee engagement , labor relations , and employee relations . The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture, handling sensitive employee matters, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
Responsibilities- Lead and implement employee engagement initiatives to drive retention and morale.
- Manage employee and labor relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Serve as a liaison between employees, management, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure HR policies and practices are aligned with local labor laws and company standards.
- Support HR programs related to performance management, compliance, and communication.
- Minimum of 3 years’ HR supervisory experience in a BPO setting .
- Strong background in employee engagement , employee relations , and labor relations .
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and gain the trust and respect of staff, peers, and leadership.
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
- Minimum of 3 years HR supervisory experience in a BPO setting.
- Strong background in employee engagement, employee relations, and labor relations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Attention to details.
