Overview

The RDC (Resource & Deployment Coordinator) serves as the project lead for Managed Resource Services engagements. They perform project administrative functions in the absence of a Project Manager or Agile Delivery Manager (Scrum Master), and serves as the Primary Point of Contact (POC) of the client’s Project Manager (or Scrum Master) for resource related concerns, covering performance, attendance, behaviors and attitude affecting work. The RDC also assists in Onboarding and Deployment activities including Coordination of Deployment Prerequisites and Client Requirements. Upon deployment, the RDC also monitors the personnel throughout their assignment.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitates onboarding and deployment activities covering Coordination of Deployment Prerequisites and Client Requirements
  • Orientation and Expectation setting for the resource/s
  • Performs regular checks with the deployed personnel to identify, or preempt issues that may impact their performance
  • Accomplishes or Maintains internal PMO monitoring tools, files and reports. This includes, but not is limited to Project Registry, COCA (Certificate of Completion and Acceptance), OR Project Team Timesheets as applicable.
  • Coordinates with Resource Management and Service Delivery Heads (SDHs) for resource/personnel needs and movements
  • Coordinates with SDHs and other internal engineering and administrative teams for resource’s (employee) concerns, including needs to deliver work within the scope of the engagement, including training and coaching needs, access to tools and systems, additional equipment
  • Coordination with the client on engagement schedules and allocation, special group activities, and events
  • Roll-off planning and coordination
Qualifications
  • 5+ Years Software Development or IT Services exposure or experience under a lead capacity, OR 3+ Years IT experience under a Project Management/ Coordination capacity
  • Well-versed in documentation, presentation and spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Office/365 Word, Powerpoint, Excel; Google Workspace apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in IT Services for Banking & Finance, Telco, and/or Utilities is a plus
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and manage multiple priorities
  • Must be willing and able to report to our Taguig Office, and visit clients within Metro Manila on a hybrid setup
