Overview We are seeking a results-driven Retail Deployment Manager to lead and manage deployment strategies for our retail technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management skills, technical expertise, and a collaborative mindset to ensure successful execution of deployment activities across retail environments. Deployment Strategy & Execution Design and implement scalable, efficient deployment strategies across multiple retail sites. Manage deployment schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate cross-functional teams. Ensure all deployments align with business timelines and compliance standards. Project & Risk Management Lead deployment-related projects end-to-end, ensuring they align with broader business goals. Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and drive contingency strategies. Conduct post-deployment reviews to ensure continuous improvement and lessons learned. Stakeholder Communication Act as the central point of contact for all deployment-related communication. Provide clear and timely updates to internal teams, senior leadership, and external partners. Translate complex technical issues into understandable terms for business stakeholders. Technical Oversight Ensure adherence to change management and deployment best practices. Monitor post-deployment system performance and collaborate with teams for timely issue resolution. Maintain documentation including flow charts, data flow diagrams (DFDs), and component diagrams. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in IT deployment, project management, or systems integration. Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts to support a 24x7 operational environment. Ability to quickly adapt to changing workloads and shifting priorities. Proficient in SharePoint, Microsoft Project, and Jira. Preferred Qualifications Experience creating technical documentation (Flow Charts, DFDs, Component Diagrams). Working knowledge of Unix and PostgreSQL. #J-18808-Ljbffr
