IT Deployment Project Manager

Location: BGC, Taguig

Work Schedule: Rotating shifts within a 24x7 operational model

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled IT Deployment Project Manager to lead deployment initiatives across complex systems and environments. This role requires hands-on project management, technical oversight, and strong stakeholder communication to ensure successful execution and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement deployment strategies aligned with business goals
  • Manage deployment schedules, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Oversee deployment-related projects and risk mitigation efforts
  • Conduct post-deployment reviews and drive process improvements
  • Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders during deployment phases
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and change management protocols
  • Monitor system performance post-deployment

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT deployment, project management, or systems integration
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
  • Willingness to work in a 24x7 shift-based environment
  • Proficient in SharePoint, Microsoft Project, and Jira
  • Adaptable to changing workloads and priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience creating technical documentation (e.g., flowcharts, DFDs, component diagrams)
  • Familiarity with Unix and PostgreSQL

Soft Skills

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills, especially when translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
