Position Title: CRM Specialist Work Set-up: Work From Home Schedule: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM PHT Salary: PHP 50,000 – PHP 65,000 We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically capable CRM Specialist to support the implementation and support needs of a UK-based business coaching and technology company. This role is part of a growing CRM support team that helps onboard and manage CRM solutions for hundreds of entrepreneurs each month. You will be responsible for executing back-end configurations, marketing automation workflows and system builds. Your work will directly impact how efficiently the company can onboard new customers and deliver outstanding service. Job Description for CRM Specialist Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing Technology, or a related discipline is preferred. 1–2 years of CRM experience in implementation, support, or technical marketing roles. Go High Level CRM experience is essential; candidates must have practical, hands‑on experience. Experience in building funnels, workflows, landing pages, and CRM automations. Comfortable with Google Workspace, Zoom, and using ticketing systems like Zendesk. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow build specifications accurately. Able to work independently, manage tasks efficiently, and deliver quality work on time. Written communication skills for updating internal tickets and confirming implementation specs. Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a high-performance team environment. Responsibilities Assist with CRM implementation tasks including automation setup, landing page creation, and CRM configuration using Go High Level. Execute assigned build work based on internal team or customer requests. Provide clear status updates via the internal ticketing system. Ensure build accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of CRM tasks. Help support the onboarding of new customers through efficient and responsive CRM setups.
