About the role DL Public Relations is seeking an experienced Admin Manager (Mandarin) to join our team in Pasay City, Metro Manila. This is a full‑time role that is responsible for providing high‑level administrative support to our growing organisation. In this position, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth running of our day‑to‑day operations. What you'll be doing Manage a wide range of administrative functions including scheduling, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and general office support Provide administrative assistance to the senior leadership team Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and other records Assist with the coordination of company events and functions Contribute to the implementation of office policies and procedures Undertake other ad‑hoc administrative duties as required What we’re looking for Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an administrative or office management role, preferably within the public relations or communications industry Proficient in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal Excellent organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other administrative software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment What we offer At DL Public Relations, we are committed to creating a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
