HR Personnel – Construction Projects
As an HR Personnel within our construction project team, you will be responsible for managing human resources across our construction projects, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and fostering a positive work culture. Your contribution will impact the success and efficiency of our projects.
- Responsibilities – Recruitment and Onboarding: Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to determine staffing needs for each project phase; source, screen, and interview candidates for roles including skilled labor, engineers, project managers, and staff; facilitate onboarding ensuring new hires have the training, paperwork, and tools to integrate into the project team.
- Responsibilities – Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and conflicts; provide guidance and resolution; implement strategies to promote morale and engagement (e.g., team-building activities and recognition programs); address disciplinary issues promptly and fairly in line with policies and legal regulations.
- Responsibilities – Performance Management: Assist in developing and implementing performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans; provide guidance to managers on addressing performance issues and improving employee performance.
- Responsibilities – Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records (personnel files, attendance, evaluations); prepare regular HR metric reports (turnover, recruitment effectiveness, compliance status).
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; proven HR experience in construction or similar industry; strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and construction-related compliance; excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; problem-solving abilities and discretion; willingness to relocate anywhere in the country.

Remote Site Management CoordinatorJob Title: Remote Site Management Coordinator
Summary: This role is responsible for delivering client-facing services as part of Cushman & Wakefield’s Remote Site Management service capability within the Manila-based Portfolio Services Centre. The service provides virtual and remote operational support and facilities coordination for client sites across the APAC region.
About the Role:
- Organize and provide vendors to the client, third parties, and C&W-supplied services and functions.
- Liaise, coordinate, and communicate with the client team and other site stakeholders.
- Develop a detailed knowledge of the assigned site's operating characteristics and record it in the site records management system.
- Respond to requests for service and assistance related to the assigned sites.
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) between client and RSM requirements.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 1–3 years of facility management and remote site operations experience.
- Advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Strong internet literacy with IT skills enabling remote communications.
- Fluent in English (oral and written).
