Information Technology Specialist – IT Support Specialist Company: GoTeam – Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines Location: Onsite – IT Park, Cebu City Shift: Night Shift (Mon-Tue-Fri 11 PM – 8 AM, Sat‑Sun 9 PM – 6 AM) Pay: Up to ₱23,000 per month Role Overview Your mission is to provide world‑class technical support to ensure seamless company‑wide operations. You will make a direct impact by: Installing and configuring computer hardware and systems. Developing and implementing AI solutions to optimize processes and enhance efficiency. Monitoring and maintaining computer networks to ensure reliability. Providing technical support across the company. Managing asset deployments and testing new technology. Responsibilities Ensuring seamless operations that power our mission of using Filipino talent and AI to solve global business problems. Using AI to redefine technical support and create new efficiencies. Providing timely assistance across the organization. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience providing technical support and troubleshooting. Familiarity with various operating systems and software. Helpdesk Certification or equivalent experience preferred. Proficiency or receptiveness to applying AI‑driven solutions. Non‑Negotiables Open to working onsite in Cebu City and on a night shift. Trustworthy, reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong communication skills and ability to provide timely assistance.
