Responsibilities
  • Be a trusted advisor and problem solver. Use your breadth of expertise to help ADP’s clients solve time-sensitive issues by taking a broad perspective to identify solutions, resolve issues, and provide outcomes. Take the initiative to seek answers and positive results.
  • Build relationships with clients using phone, email, and/or chat, striving to exceed client expectations in every interaction. Uphold the highest ethical standards and live ADP’s core value of Usage: Integrity is Everything.
  • Educate and provide recommendations. Leverage ADP product and services knowledge to help clients understand our products’ value. Turn client input into recommendations for leaders on best practices and solutions training.
  • Organize and manage a high volume of inbound calls with a daily schedule. Daily phone time may increase during peak seasons, such as year-end.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent education/experience preferred.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a client service/customer service environment or systems integration environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent decision making and judgment/leadership skills.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent service and results orientation, analytical, negotiation, and expert problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons.
