Work you’ll do

• Administrator E-form and Signing Partner Rotation:
  1. As Archiving Support Group (ASG)
  2. As EQCR Admin, authorized to manage EQR indent and EQR preassigned master
  3. Check the completeness of the e-form before the opinion number is given to the engagement team
  4. Preparing the list of the destruction and execute actual execution of destruction of electronic files
  5. Monitoring and review the breach reason and filing the documents
• Allocate the Audit & Assurance report to EQR
  1. Allocate the reports (Financial Statements and reporting package) to EQR reviewer & EQR Partners
  2. Pre-allocated the EQCR for normal risk client.
• Audit & Assurance opinion number
  1. Input the information in the PPPK system
  2. Checked to completeness the documents and upload in the PPPK system

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Business Management/Accountancy/Commerce and/or related fields.
• Detail-oriented and able to work with time-sensitive and confidential information.
• Good project management
• Good communication and writing skills (both in English and Bahasa Indonesia)
• Ability to lead a team and work well in a fast-paced team environment to achieve set targets.
• Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Excel & Power Point.
• Strong knowledge of business fundamentals and financial acumen.
