They are seeking a great talent to fill the role of Senior Broker Support to be part of our team and this is a great opportunity for an experienced insurance professional to contribute to a high-performing team, while enjoying exposure to the Australian insurance market. ASW Global operates on a Hybrid model. This role requires you to work 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, with a regular shift schedule of 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Manila time. Key Responsibilities: Support the Account Managers in managing and implementing insurance programs for clients. Manage quotes, renewals, endorsements, and new business policies via insurer platforms and Salesforce. Prepare pre-renewal documentation, renewal reports, proposal forms, and declarations. Handle administrative tasks including client documentation, templated correspondence, and system updates. Maintain compliance by following set processes, timelines, and documentation standards. Ensure all client records and reports are updated in Salesforce in a timely and accurate manner. Skills, Experience & Qualifications: Minimum 5-7 years’ experience as a Broker Officer/Support within the general insurance broking industry (commercial lines experience essential). MUST have supported Australian Insurance Brokerage field with Tier 2 or Tier 1 Insurance qualification is highly regarded. Proficiency with insurance systems such as Insight/Winbeat, Salesforce, Sunrise, SCTP, insurer portals and MS Office Suite are required. Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
