We wish to inform you that DSWD Field Office VII, Cebu City has one vacant Contract of Service position:

JOB FUNCTIONS:

Responsible for overseeing and managing transportation operations to ensure the efficient movement of Welfare Goods from VDRC to various DSWD Field Offices.

1. Coordinate with transport service provider or partner;

2. Supervise the loading of welfare goods;

3. Prepare the necessary documents for the release of welfare goods;

4. Send pre-alert to the receiving DSWD Field Offices;

5. Provide real-time updates on the status of the outgoing deliveries;

6. Submit weekly/monthly reports;

7. Work closely with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure monitoring and handling of goods;

8. Facilitate the return of complete documents after post-delivery;

9. Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
