Overview

The Project Manager I (Engagement Coordinator) is responsible for overseeing the successful deployment of RealPage products. The PM I partners with each assigned customer to understand their desired implementation timeline then creates a deployment schedule to meet that timeline. The PM I works with each Implementation resource assigned to the project to ensure the RealPage products are scheduled to deploy concurrently, and as efficiently as possible.

The Project Manager is responsible for providing weekly updates to the customer via email on the status of the project.  This includes the agreed upon deployment schedule, as well as the status of the deliverables needed to deploy each product.  The PM I will act as coordinator and help our Engagement Managers manage their products. PM I also streamline the deliverable collection process and provide a comprehensive update on what has been received and what is still outstanding.



Responsibilities

Oversee deployment/implementation of RealPage products for assigned clientsManage project management plans for Add-on and SMB CustomersPartner with RP implementation resources to provide a streamlined onboarding experienceCreate consolidated deployment scheduleProvide deliverables tracking across the RealPage solutionsProvide weekly project updates to customers via email

Qualifications

Graduate of any four-year course related to business or ITAdvance knowledge of Microsoft Office productsStrong project management skills required; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyOutstanding verbal and written communication skills; excellent presentation skillsOne year of proven effectiveness leading and facilitating meetingsAbility to prioritize, multitask and perform effectively under pressureStrong attention to detailAbility to adapt to change and work well in a dynamic environmentUnderstanding of and experience with multifamily industry operations and marketingKnowledge of RealPage products and platform features, integrations and best practicesSet priorities, develop an action plan, monitor progress towards goals and track details/data/information/activities as directedLeverage customer's perspective to drive priorities and decisions that meet customers' and own organization's needsMust be willing to work in a fixed Night Shift ScheduleMust be flexible in terms of Work Arrangement (On site, Home or Hybrid)
