Summary:FP&A professional, you'll be a key strategic partner to the business. Your core responsibilities include: Duties & Responsibilities: Leading the budgeting and forecasting process. You will create annual operating plans with different departments and develop rolling forecasts to help the company adapt to changing market conditions. Building financial models and conducting analysis. This involves projecting future revenues and expenses and explaining the reasons for any differences between actual results and your forecasts. Creating performance reports. You'll prepare regular financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annually), build dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), and present your findings to senior management. Providing strategic support. You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, offering financial insights and recommendations for major decisions like capital expenditures, M&A, and other strategic projects. Collaborating with business units. You will work directly with department heads—from sales to operations—to understand their financial needs and provide data-driven insights. Key Qualifications A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management Accounting, Business Management, or a related field. A CPA, CMA, or MBA is highly preferred. Proven experience in financial and investment reporting, analysis, budgeting, and financial modeling . Prior experience supervising a team of 5 to 8 people is required.
