The Role

You'll be the CEO's go-to finance lead: running the numbers, managing the money, and keeping our financial game strong. You'll manage budgets, forecasts, risk, and compliance, ensuring that we're financially strong and ready to seize new opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Lead our finance team and keep daily operations (payroll, accounts, reporting) running smoothly
  • Own the budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow game, spotting risks & opportunities before they hit
  • Make data-driven calls on investments, capital, and resource allocation
  • Keep us 100% compliant with tax, audit, and financial regulations
  • Build smart financial models to guide strategy
  • Partner with leaders across the business to hit growth goals
  • Drive process improvements and bring in tools that make life easier

What You'll Bring

  • Finance/accounting or related degree at minimum, MBA, CPA, CMA or CFA is a plus
  • 10+ years in finance leadership
  • Expert at budgeting, forecasting, analysis & reporting
  • Solid understanding of accounting standards, compliance, and controls (BIR, PEZA)
  • Pro in Xero/QuickBooks/ERP & advanced Excel
  • Sharp analytical mind, great communicator, and solid under pressure
  • Ethical, detail-driven, and collaborative
