This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to alternate time between both remote and office. This position will support our Affordable Housing Group . This team has a passion for what they do and a focus on consistently delivering value to our clients. YOUR ROLE. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Serve as the engagement lead on specific client accounts Take responsibility for pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables Illustrate budgets and schedules Actively participate in proposals Manage a team of staff associates, including interns, while providing regular performance coaching and feedback YOUR EXPERIENCE. The successful candidate will have: Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting required CPA designation is required 5+ years' experience in a public accounting firm required Affordable Housing or Real Estate industry experience preferred, but not required Exceptional organizational, communication and presentation (verbal and written) skills Studies have shown that we are less likely to apply to jobs unless we meet every single qualification.
