The Job coordinator will be responsible for fulfilling clients’ manpower requirements end-to-end in a fully remote environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and proficiency in Excel. The Job Coordinator will work closely with job applicants and clients to ensure that jobs are filled up efficiently. Key Responsibilities Manpower Coordination Source for candidates by posting job advertisements in pre-defined channels in a timely and accurate manner Engage with applicants and answer questions that they may have regarding the job Perform basic due diligence and onboarding process for the applicants according to Standard of Procedure (SOP) Schedule manpower according to clients’ requirements. Ensure attendance and quality of manpower e.g. by sending reminder messages and ensuring that they possess the appropriate attire for the job task Manpower Time-Tracking and Record Keeping Ensure accuracy and timely updating of manpower time-in and time-out. Depending on client and job nature, the method of time tracking/attendance tracking may be different e.g. via a portal / excel sheet / timesheets If any deductions are required for attire item purchase/ lateness, to ensure these notes are captured timely and accurately in staff’s records Client Management Respond to clients’ job requests and clarify details as necessary Provide timely updates to clients regarding the take-up rate of their staffing requirements Provide timely updates to clients on manpower attendance and assist them whenever necessary if replacement manpower is required Answer to any questions clients may have relating to their manpower requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. Proficiency in Microsoft and Google tools, especially Excel. Proven experience in a coordination or project management role, preferably in a remote setting. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast paced and remote environment. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Working Conditions Fully remote position Shift-based working hours, preference can be indicated but shift will be allocated based on team’s bandwidth and jobs seasonality. AM shift: 8AM – 5PM PM shift: 2.30PM – 11.30PM 6-days work week. Thursday – Sunday are required working days. You may indicate preference for your off day to be either of Mon/Tues/Wed. Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable remote workspace. May require occasional virtual meetings outside of standard business hours to accommodate global team members.
