Remote Site Coordinator The Remote Site Coordinator (RSC) is responsible for delivering remote facilities services as part of C&W’s Remote Site Management service capability within the Manila-based Portfolio Services Centre. Job Background C&W’s Remote Site Management service provides virtual and remote operational support and facilities coordination services for our client’s sites and operations across the APAC Region. Responsibilities Respond to requests for service and assistance in relation to the assigned sites via phone and/or email. Provide assistance to the on-site Facilities Management team to ensure timely and quality service delivery of requests. Create work orders and assign work orders to multiple technicians, subcontractors and vendors. Answer all incoming phone calls in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. Assess client’s needs and guide the client accordingly. Qualifications College or bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent. At least 1 year of facilities management and remote site operational exposure. Highly proficient in spoken and written English. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
