Duties and Responsibilities Monitor that quality food products are correctly served to customers Conduct proper forecasting of supplies for (daily) ordering Maintain highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the entire store Keep track of item movement in the store for monthly inventories Coordinate with the General Services Department the performance of the equipment, furniture and fixtures Implement the safety and security procedures in the stores Prepares and monitor staff attendance and man-hour stage Monitor individual performance of each staff Monitor, gather and analyze sales performance matrix Work together with the team and the Area manager in meeting the store’s goals and profitability Qualifications: College graduate At least has 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience Problem solving and decision making skills Customer service driven Financial and analytical skills Leadership skills Good planning and organizing skills Good proficiency in English language Good command of MS Office Applications Ability to work under pressure Ability to work in multi-tasking environment Company Benefits: HMO Coverage upon Regularization Vacation Leave Credits 16 days Sick Leave Credits of 16 Days, can be converted to cash Employee Product Discount Birthday Gift Voucher 13th Month Pay Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Php26,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month Benefits: Additional leave Company events Employee discount Health insurance Paid training Pay raise Promotion to permanent employee Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
