Overview

Contract Specialist (Up to ₱80K + Hybrid Work + FREE AI Certification)

Cebu City | Onsite for 3 months, then Hybrid | Day Shift (7:00 AM–4:00 PM PH Time)

At GoTeam, you’ll play a key role in contract management and client relationships, contributing to GoTeam’s success and the broader goals of leveraging AI to innovate and empower teams globally.

Responsibilities
  • Draft, revise, and review a variety of contracts for compliance and accuracy
  • Manage the entire contract lifecycle, including close-out, extension, and renewal
  • Act as a liaison between GoTeam and clients to expedite contract reviews and approvals
The Role at a Glance
  • Compensation: Up to ₱80K
  • Schedule: Day Shift, Monday–Friday
  • Work Setup: Onsite for the first 3 months, then hybrid
  • Tech Stack: Contract management software, Microsoft Office Suite, AI tools for process optimization
Required Qualifications
  • You have proven experience in contract management, preferably in a similar industry
  • You have at least 4 years of experience in contract management or handling Notice to Explain (NTE) processes
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development Management, Psychology, or a related field
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Interested in developing and implementing AI solutions for process optimization
Non-Negotiables
  • Strong understanding of legal requirements and standard contract provisions
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
