Job DescriptionDuties & Responsibilities
- Developing organizational financial strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting
- High-level financial reporting and analysis
- Regular budget consolidation
- Cash flow management
- Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business
- Stakeholder management, debt management and collection
- Supervising and reviewing accounting practices to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards
- Identify opportunities to improve financial efficiency and profitability
- Manage relationships with investors, partners, and other external stakeholders
- Collaborate with management or executive teams to share reports and analyses
Key Hard Skills
- Technical accounting skills with a strong GAAP background
- Mastery of accounting systems; familiarity with cost, financial, and managerial accounting
- Industry-specific experience and understanding of relevant regulations
- Knowledge of securities and exchange commission reporting standards
