Our Opportunity

Ericsson Philippines is growing. We are looking for a Solutions Architect who will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions for customers. In this role, you will also be accountable for providing profitable business by translating customer needs and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions, and proposals.

Responsibilities :

• Work with Account Teams on potential activities and solutions
• Develop technical presentations, proposals, and conduct customer presentations
• Provide solid estimates of resources/efforts for defined solutions
• Dimensions hardware and software according to solution requirements; collaborate with Sales and commercial teams
• Support delivery/deployment of the solution and guide the team for successful delivery
• Interact with Product unit to align solutions with customer demand
• Analyze customer technology, define business requirements, and participate in risk analysis
• Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation, and information sharing
• Stay abreast of new technologies and share knowledge to enable customer competence
• Lead as CSR in proposals and drive E2E perspective in solution proposals and delivery
• Support CFR for cost estimations

Requirements :

• Education: Bachelor or Master of Engineering
• Minimum years of experience: 8+
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Area of expertise: OSS (10 years) with Cloud, Orchestration, Service Assurance; secondary knowledge in RAN, PACO, CS CORE, Transport
• Hands-on experience in technical roles (e.g., Integration Engineer or Solution Architect)
• Ericsson OSS Product Portfolio knowledge: ENM, ENIQ, OSSRC, SO EM, SON, EO, EDA, EAI, EEA
• Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), IP Networking, and AWS knowledge/certifications preferred
