Duties & Responsibilities

• Developing Organizational Financial Strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting
• High-level financial reporting and analysis
• Regular budget consolidation
• Cash flow management
• Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business
• Stakeholder management, debt management and collection
• Supervising and reviewing accounting practices: financial controllers supervise accounting teams and ensure work meets applicable compliance standards
• Improving efficiency: identify ways to improve financial efficiency, cut costs, and boost profits
• Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders (investors, partners, etc.)
• Working closely with management or executive teams to share reports and analysis

• Technical Accounting Skills: Strong background in generally accepted accounting principles
• Mastery of Accounting Systems: Experience with multiple accounting systems; proficient in cost, financial, and managerial accounting

Requirements

• Accounting MBA or a CPA license; 5+ years experience as a Business/Accounting Analyst
• Knowledge of KPI metrics, performance evaluation, and pricing/auditing
• Specialized expertise in areas relevant to remodeling/roofing operations
• Product cost, inventory, purchase orders, data analysis, costing, invoices, material handling, profitability analysis
• Reviews invoices, monitors job costs, and evaluates profit
• Cost analysis and job profit monitoring (invoices vs labor)
• Sales commissions, data organization, sales goals and statistics
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and QuickBooks
• Experience creating Excel reports that produce data insights

Compensation

• Pay: From Php50,000.00 per month
• Starting USD pay: $5-7/hour depending on skills & qualifications
• Permanent work from home
