We are looking for a highly motivated Accounting Associate to join the team.

Job Summary

Are you detail-oriented with a knack for numbers and a passion for keeping financials in check? We are seeking an Accounting Associate to support our finance team by managing day-to-day accounting tasks and ensuring smooth financial operations in a dynamic, fast-growing gaming environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist with bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, and expense tracking
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and financial records accurately and on time
  • Knowledge in payroll and taxes
  • Budget and Forecasting
  • Support monthly closing activities and help prepare financial reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on billing and payment matters
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation
  • Help ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping roles
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
  • Good communication skills and a team-player mindset
  • Interest or experience in gaming or digital media is a plus
