JOB OVERVIEW We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to manage customer service systems, reporting, and process improvements. This role supports daily operations, system administration, and data-driven initiatives to enhance customer experience and business efficiency. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Administer and maintain customer service platforms and data accuracy. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for system updates and issue resolution. Generate and analyze reports on customer service performance and satisfaction. Manage billing processes, payment requests, and usage monitoring. Execute customer advisories, retention campaigns, and service updates. Maintain data consistency and update the knowledge base. Support integrations, workflows, and configuration changes. Plan and implement customer service initiatives to improve retention and efficiency. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field. At least 2 years of experience in customer service operations, reporting, or system administration. Strong organizational, analytical, and reporting skills. Experience with CRM or customer service platforms (e.g., HubSpot preferred). Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with data extraction or query tools.
