Apply with us now Job Responsibilities: Schedules and oversees unit repairs with internal teams and contractors. Performs unit inspection, punch listing, and closeouts of endorsed properties. Assists in pre-turnover inspections with the Customer Management Group (CMG) and identify defects for rectification. Manage warranty claims and ensure proper documentation. Conducts inventory checks and works with the Quick Response Team (QRT) to identify required materials. Assists in tracking unit conditions, processing repossessions, and restoring utilities for cancelled properties. Documents maintenance activities, submits reports, and ensures adherence to company policies and procedures. Qualifications: Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Property Management, or any related field. At least 1–3 years of experience in property maintenance, construction, or facilities coordination. Basic knowledge of post-construction maintenance, repair processes, and warranty management. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in tracking maintenance activities. Familiarity with materials inventory management and procurement processes. Good communication and coordination skills for working with contractors and internal teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and maintenance tracking software are an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
