Overview Join BDO Unibank as a Technical Operations Analyst to manage IT operational reports, risk assessments, and process improvements in Mandaluyong City. Your Role Key responsibilities include: Performing BAU work and establishing effective processes and governance Operationalizing identified activities in the new ITPD structure Identifying, tracking, analyzing, and reporting metrics Continuous process improvement and optimization Collating reliable risk data and gathering assessment material timely Performing and reviewing risk assessments for the unit Acting as point person for implementation of BCP tools, data privacy management tools, and initiatives within the business/support unit Serving as risk advocates for information security matters Receiving audit findings and coordinating responses and validation with auditees Performing other related functions as assigned About You The company is looking for: Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Economics, Statistics, or similar Good communication and coordination skills with different teams and stakeholders Experience in crafting and establishing processes, standards, and governance frameworks Sufficient knowledge in IT Risk Management Working knowledge of data analysis, extracting, and reporting programs Willingness to work onsite and be assigned in Makati/Ortigas How to Apply Submit your application as per the instructions provided by BDO Unibank, Inc.
