BOOKKEEPER Keep our numbers in check. We're hiring a bookkeeper to manage accurate financial records and support smooth business operations.

What You'll Be Doing

* Recording daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments).

* Posting journal entries and maintaining general ledgers.

* Reconciling bank statements and petty cash.

* Tracking accounts payable and accounts receivable.

* Preparing invoices and receipts.

* Maintaining payroll records (if assigned).

* Assisting with monthly/quarterly closing.

* Preparing financial statements (balance sheet, P\&L, cash flow).

* Handling tax computations, filing, and reporting (VAT, income tax, withholding tax, etc.).

* Conducting financial analysis and variance reporting.

* Managing payroll (if not handled by a bookkeeper).

What We're Looking For

* At least 1–3 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience.

* Familiarity with accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.

* Knowledge of basic accounting principles.

* Good organizational and time-management skills.

* Diploma or certification in bookkeeping/accounting (preferred but not always required).

* CPA license (preferred, depending on country requirements).

* Advanced Excel/Google Workspace and financial reporting skills.
