Job Description Summary:

We are seeking a CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST to join our growing team

Position Overview

Provide basic user support to improve the experience of customers and/or end-users of the assigned product.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Provide timely responses to customer service inquiries via the product ticket system.
  2. Work with customers to identify and replicate errors and defects through various communication channels to ensure resolution.
  3. Collaborate with team members to resolve customer inquiries.
  4. Provide customer feedback to support management through regular team meetings to inform decision-making.
  5. Identify recurring service requests and offer solutions to reduce ticket volume.
  6. Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly, empathetic tone, and proactive responses to maintain high satisfaction scores.
  7. Train new and existing customers on the product via phone and email, and support the use of knowledge base resources.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to learn and understand basic office software applications.
  • Comfortable with technology.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good telephone etiquette and call screening skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies.
