Responsibilities

  • Manages and provides effective leadership to the security team; which includes daily meetings, relaying all matters pertaining to asset protection, monitoring security force and staff activities, and guiding them to maximize efficiency on tasks

  • Addresses performance and attendance issues of company staffs, coordinates with other departments regarding security matters, and ensures that all physical security and asset protection are delivered

  • Plans and formulates effective security program of the company, innovates effective traffic management plan for Aseana City, and provides risk-threat-vulnerability (RTU) assessment for the company

  • Coordinates with local enforcement agencies to acquire information regarding security matters, gathers information that may create impact to the company and Aseana City

  • Ensures appropriate level of training is provided to all security personnel assigned to the company by service providers and recommends appropriate training programs to HR for kill enhancement of staffs

  • Assists and draws up annual security budget for respective end users, participates in the financial services’ reviews on budget performance, and conducts cost analysis on budget requirement for efficient allocation of funds

  • Formulates and plans measures and policies pertaining to disaster response, ensures up keeping of such measures, and coordinates with local and national disaster-coordinating councils for contingency plans on any major incidents and emergencies

  • Accomplishes peripheral duties and responsibilities

  • Maintains the company properties free from damage and mishandling
