We are seeking a Senior Media Buyer with a proven track record of driving lead generation through paid media. This is a long-term opportunity with significant growth potential for the right candidate.

Schedule & Coverage
  • Must work a minimum of an 8-hour shift during operating hours between 9:00 AM–8:00 PM EST.
  • Flexibility within those hours is allowed, but consistency and coverage are required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns for multiple B2C clients in the aesthetics/medspa space.
  • Set up and optimize Meta pixels, events, and tracking to maximize conversions.
  • Conduct creative and competitor research using the Meta Ad Library.
  • Manage 15–20 client accounts (to start), ensuring campaigns are on track to hit KPIs.
  • Build detailed performance reports and provide insights/recommendations to clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with operations to integrate campaigns with Go High Level (GHL) automation workflows.
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns and basic SEO initiatives (bonus skill).
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and continuously refine campaign strategies.
Requirements
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience running paid ads (Facebook/Instagram required; Google Ads a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution models.
  • Prior experience in local lead generation (aesthetics, medspa, wellness, or similar industries required).
  • Proficiency with Go High Level (GHL) or similar CRM/automation platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills — must be comfortable presenting campaign data.
  • Highly organized, fast worker, able to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
  • Team player with a growth mindset — obsessed with testing, learning, and improving daily.
  • Proven ability to deliver measurable results (case studies, portfolio, or examples required).
  • Availability to work an 8-hour shift between 9 AM–8 PM EST.
