$1000/month base + performance bonuses

We're Detail Domination — a fast-growing agency helping auto detailing shops across the U.S. and Canada get high-quality leads using Meta ads.

We're looking for a junior media buyer who knows how to set up and manage lead gen campaigns on Facebook/Instagram. You don't need to be a pro — just someone who's run local ads, understands the platform, and is hungry to learn and grow inside a high-performance team.

What You'll Do:

  • Launch and manage Facebook/IG campaigns (mostly Instant Forms)
  • Optimize for CPL and ad performance
  • Troubleshoot issues, test new creatives, follow naming systems
  • Collaborate with team to scale winning ads

Requirements:

  • 6–24 months experience running Meta ads
  • Hands-on with full campaign setup
  • Coachable, detail-oriented, and hungry to grow
