Are you data-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital advertising? We're looking for a Media Buyer to join our growing team In this role, you'll be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms like Meta, GDN, and native networks. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a knack for testing, scaling, and driving performance—this role is for you.

• Campaign Management — Set up and launch paid media campaigns across platforms (e.g., Meta, GDN, native)
• Monitor performance daily and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting
• Ensure campaigns align with compliance and platform policies
  • Research, Testing, and Optimization — Conduct vertical and keyword research to identify high-potential opportunities
  • Test creatives, landing pages, and ad copy using structured A/B frameworks
  • Analyze key metrics (CTR, ROI, CPA, CPC) to improve results
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and keywords
  • Identify scaling opportunities and reduce unprofitable spend
    • Tracking & Profit Accountability — Ensure accurate tracking through platforms like Voluum or RedTrack
    • Own campaign-level profit and loss, adjusting strategy to maintain margins
    • Investigate performance anomalies and support data-driven decision-making
      • Others — Accepts other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor, strives to uphold the company image ethically and fairly; administers all assigned functions in support of company goals.
      Qualifications
      • Bachelor's degree in any field required (Marketing, Business, or Analytics preferred)
      • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, media buying, or performance advertising
      • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager; experience with TikTok Ads, Taboola, GDN is a strong plus
      • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or any digital marketing-related course preferred
      • Strong analytical mindset with working knowledge of Excel/Sheets and tracking tools (e.g., Voluum, RedTrack)
      • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
      • English proficiency required; additional language skills are a plus
      • Familiarity with A/B testing, keyword research tools, and campaign budgeting is advantageous
