Overview

Are you data-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital advertising? We're looking for a Media Buyer to join our growing team In this role, you'll be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms like Meta, GDN, and native networks. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a knack for testing, scaling, and driving performance—this role is for you.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and launch paid media campaigns across platforms (e.g., Meta, GDN, native) and monitor performance daily; adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to meet goals while ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Conduct vertical and keyword research to identify high-potential opportunities; test creatives, landing pages, and ad copy using structured A/B frameworks; analyze key metrics (CTR, ROI, CPA, CPC) to drive improvements and identify scaling opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate tracking through platforms like Voluum or RedTrack; own campaign-level profit and loss, adjusting strategy to maintain margins; investigate performance anomalies to inform decisions.
  • Accept other responsibilities as assigned; uphold the company image with ethical conduct; administer functions aligned with company goals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any field required (Marketing, Business, or Analytics preferred)
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, media buying, or performance advertising
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager; experience with TikTok Ads, Taboola, GDN is a strong plus
  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or any digital marketing-related course preferred
  • Strong analytical mindset with working knowledge of Excel/Sheets and tracking tools (e.g., Voluum, RedTrack)
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • English proficiency required; additional language skills are a plus
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, keyword research tools, and campaign budgeting is advantageous
