Job Description

The Opportunity : We\'re looking for an Organizational Development Officer, working in the BPO industry in Makati City, NCR. The Organizational Development Officer will be involved in competency mapping and leadership culture building projects, project/program analysis and implementation responsibilities. Responsibilities include:

  • Works closely with stakeholders in identification and development of a competency model to be used throughout various organizational programs.
  • Consult with management and stakeholders to implement change management projects that improve culture, development, retention and other leadership matters.
  • Monitor and measure the impact of interventions on leadership performance, efficiency, retention, and job satisfaction.
  • Gather and assess feedback from all levels regarding concerns, areas of improvement, successes, and highlights.
  • Support the individual development planning process for managers and emerging leaders.

Job Qualifications : Education - Graduate of Nursing, Medical Technology, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields. Experience - fresh graduates encouraged to apply; 1-2 years in Sales/Marketing. Skills - excellent communication, sales & marketing capabilities. Licensing - preferably Nursing or Medical Technology board passer; valid driver’s license. Other requirements - willing to travel and be assigned to other areas.
