QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

  • Education : Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job, preferably in IT, computer science, project management or related field
  • Experience : Two (2) years of relevant experience in project management or development
  • Training : Eight (8) hours of relevant training
  • Eligibility : None required
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills; Can prepare Terms of Reference and Program of Work for ICT-related projects; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant project management tools; Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage project timelines effectively; Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Statement of Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assists the IT Officer and RMIS Section in the execution of ISSP projects from planning to completion, to ensure that they are on track and aligned with the DBM-approved budget;
  • Regularly assesses the progress of the projects, identifies risks or delays, and provides timely solutions to ensure project success;
  • Prepares and presents progress reports and other project-related documentation to PMD-RMIS Section and senior management;
  • Assists in ensuring that all ISSP projects are executed in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies;
  • Work closely with internal teams and contractors to ensure effective communication and project alignment;
  • Recommends and implements process improvements to optimize project management practices and performance;
  • Assists in the training and development of team members and other stakeholders involved in the implementation of ISSP projects;
  • Monitors and manages project budgets to ensure adherence to financial constraints, ensuring cost- effective solutions;
  • Assists in the updating of the ISSP, if necessary; and
  • Performs other work as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php58,818.00 per month
