Visit Free 24/7 access to our office gyms (Ortigas and Makati) with a free physical fitness trainer Exclusive Emapta Lifestyle perks (hotel and restaurant discounts, and more) Unlimited opportunities for employee referral incentives across the organization Standard government and Emapta benefits Total of 20 annual leaves to be used on your own discretion (including 5 credits convertible to cash) Mentorship and exposure to global leaders and teams Diverse and supportive work environment The Qualifications We Seek Mid Level: 2 years of experience in test automation Senior Level: 4+ years in test automation, including 2 years in a lead or sub‑lead capacity Hands‑on experience in Playwright automation frameworks Solid understanding of software testing principles and QA methodologies Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows Excellent collaboration and communication skills across teams Your Daily Tasks Develop and maintain Playwright automation scripts following Page Object Model (POM) structure and other best practices Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous delivery Build reusable testing frameworks and libraries to enhance efficiency Collaborate with development teams to identify and automate test cases Conduct code reviews of test scripts to maintain consistency and quality Execute automated regression and smoke tests regularly Generate detailed automation reports and test metrics for evaluation Maintain documentation and version control of all test assets Perform other duties as assigned Performance Factors Communication – Encourages open communication and builds consensus with internal team members and clients.
