Visit Free 24/7 access to our office gyms (Ortigas and Makati) with a free physical fitness trainer Exclusive Emapta Lifestyle perks (hotel and restaurant discounts, and more) Unlimited opportunities for employee referral incentives across the organization Standard government and Emapta benefits Total of 20 annual leaves to be used on your own discretion (including 5 credits convertible to cash) Fun engagement activities for employees Mentorship and exposure to global leaders and teams Career growth opportunities Diverse and supportive work environment The Qualifications We Seek 3 to 5 years of experience Ability to grasp mathematical calculations and concepts quickly Solid Appian experience from development to deployment (Appian certification preferred) Strong Excel skills Experience using SQL and developing SQL stored procedures, including SQL performance analysis Scripting experience in Python preferred Experience in Financial Services, preferably capital markets or asset management Familiarity with SDLC/Waterfall/Agile development methodologies , including writing unit tests Ability to translate business needs into software solutions Adherence to established coding standards Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills Experience working in collaborative, team-oriented environments Educated to degree level or demonstrates strong academic achievement in a related field Your Daily Tasks Develop and enhance applications using Appian's low-code platform Build financial models in Excel, SQL Server, Python, or other platforms as needed Review capital markets transaction documents to establish programming logic Follow the full development lifecycle from specification to deployment Apply best practices, including object-oriented design, agile/waterfall methods, short cycles, refactoring, and documentation Contribute to the creation and maintenance of development standards and source code management Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to align technical solutions with business goals Write unit tests to ensure robust, regression-tested programs Develop database stored procedures in SQL Server Learn and apply new technologies such as ETL and business intelligence tools Maintain development, QA, production, and staging environments Design scalable, reusable applications and components Mentor junior developers to foster professional growth and coding excellence About the Client Our client is a trusted leader in financial and corporate services , now redefining the future of digital operations through technology-driven innovation.
