You'll execute manual testing, identify issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth releases and continuous improvement across projects. Visit ) Free 24/7 access to our office gyms (Ortigas and Makati) with a free physical fitness trainer Exclusive Emapta Lifestyle perks (hotel and restaurant discounts, and more) Unlimited opportunities for employee referral incentives across the organization Standard government and Emapta benefits Total of 20 annual leaves to be used on your own discretion (including 5 credits convertible to cash) Mentorship and exposure to global leaders and teams Diverse and supportive work environment The Qualifications We Seek Skills & Experience: Mid Level: 1-2 years of testing experience Senior Level: 4+ years of testing experience, including 2 years in a lead/sub-lead role Strong understanding of Agile QA processes and software testing principles Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman) is a plus Experience or knowledge in test automation and Playwright is an advantage Understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills Certifications/Licenses: None required Your Daily Tasks Analyze user stories and define test scope and acceptance criteria Create, maintain, and execute manual test cases Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and exploratory testing Identify, log, and track software defects Ensure traceability between test cases, user stories, and defects Generate TCER reports and communicate QA status effectively Actively participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Perform other duties as assigned.
