Your Role: Key responsibilities include: Maintaining VMS worker details through operational MSP processes Maintaining supplier invoicing status through operational MSP processes Creating and tracking tickets until resolution Documenting all client-reported issues and tracking resolution to completion, ensuring high customer service satisfaction Maintaining and updating worker assignments to reflect appropriate changes Providing constant communication to clients, suppliers, contingent workers, and other partners via face-to-face meetings, email, and phone Conducting research and analysis to resolve clients’ or suppliers\' inquiries as needed Providing program status reports to leadership as required Monitoring performance against contract SLAs, including pending end of assignments, invoicing, time and expense management, and vendor compliance tracking About You: The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications: 0-2 or more years of staffing and/or MSP experience Bachelor’s Degree Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent documentation and follow-up skills Strong determination to impact performance Time management, self-motivation, and perseverance Excellent customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Advanced MS Office/Tools skills Amenable to nightshift schedule and hybrid work setup (office based in Ortigas, Pasig area) Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary Hybrid work setup Exposure to global markets and advancement opportunities Diverse and inclusive workplace culture Professional development and training Standard healthcare and wellness benefits Employee support programs Training & Development: AGS invests in employee development, offering professional growth opportunities, exposure to global markets, and support for expanding knowledge of workforce management and industry strategies.
