Recruitment Coordinator – EMEA (Mid-shift schedule, Manila based) Join a dynamic, collaborative, and high-energy team to provide top-tier recruitment administration and support for one of our clients in the Financial Services sector. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you are responsible for conducting interview arrangement, background checks and psychometric assessment arrangement. In this role, you will also gain exposure to some additional HR admin duties and responsibilities. What you’ll do: Provide daily support to a team of Recruiters/Specialists across EMEA Arrange interviews, background checks and psychometric assessments Generate new starter paperwork and complete other administration HR tasks as required Collaborate with the broader team on process improvements You’ll be someone who can bring: Excellent written and verbal communication skills as you work closely with our recruiters across the EMEA team and building relationship with your colleagues A proven track record over the past 1-3 years in a similar scheduling, recruitment administration or human resources administration role preferably within a large and complex corporate business A firm technical understanding of Microsoft Office tools and a sharp focus on offering a superb candidate experience is essential You are flexible, proactive, and can-do attitude, coupled with the ability to manage your workflow autonomously Why you’ll love working for Hudson Talent: Work with some of the world’s leading and most recognized brands Receive four ‘Thrive’ days of leave per year to support your health and wellbeing (on top of your annual leave) Annual recognition programs to celebrate our employee’s success We’re a passionate team of people who are shaping the future of talent We believe in allowing our people to work in ways that mean they can thrive, both at home and at work.
