Program Coordinator page is loaded## Program Coordinatorlocations: Pasig Citytime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: JR * Coordinate day-to-day project activities across all phases: feasibility, preliminary design, and detailed engineering design.* Serve as the primary liaison between DPWH, consultants, and technical teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.* Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring adherence to approved schedules.* Assist in the preparation and review of technical reports, design documents, and feasibility assessments.* Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder consultations, documenting key decisions and action items.* Support procurement and contract management processes related to consultancy and design services.* Track project risks and issues, escalating concerns to the Project Manager as needed.* Ensure compliance with DPWH standards, environmental regulations, and safety requirements.* Maintain organized records of project documentation and correspondence.Qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.* Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in infrastructure project coordination, preferably in bridge or transport projects.* Familiarity with DPWH processes and standards is highly desirable.* Strong organizational and communication skills.* Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).* Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.At Surbana Jurong, we put talent, hard work, teamwork and a fun workplace together to approach problems and solve them creatively and collaboratively.
